DELTA STATE CHIEF JUDGE VESTED WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE DELTA STATE SCOUT COUNCIL.

The Scout Association of Nigeria has vested the state's Chief Judge, Honourable Justice Tessy Diai, with the prestigious honour as President of the Scout Association of Nigeria, Delta State Council.
