On April 25th, 2023, Eniola Wasiu Ibrahim received a life sentence for raping an adult woman, after a trial before Justice R. Oshodi at the Sexual Offences Court in Lagos State. The court characterized the convict’s actions as animalistic and handed down the maximum punishment for the offence.
