A flash report of the incidence was shared by Learned Senior Advocate, Charles Adeyemi Candide-Johnson, SAN, in a short message - "My father, boss and mentor the great JB Majiyagbe, SAN, has passed away this morning. May God receive his kind soul." JB Majiyagbe, SAN, became the first lawyer practising in northern Nigeria to be elevated to the rank of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in 1980.
