NOTICE TO LEGAL PRACTITIONERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC: PHASED RELOCATION TO THE NEW FEDERAL HIGH COURT COMPLEX, LAGOS, AND FREE PARKING CONCESSION
The Management of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Lagos Division, hereby informs legal practitioners and the general public that the Court's relocation to its new Court Complex is being undertaken in phases.
The first phase of the relocation will commence with the Vacation Courts, which will begin sitting at the new Court Complex on Monday, 3 August 2026.
To facilitate a seamless transition and enhance the convenience of legal practitioners during this period, the Management has approved a free parking concession for lawyers for a period of one month, commencing 31 July 2026 and ending 31 August 2026.
Upon the expiration of this concession, all users of the Court's car park will be required to pay the prescribed parking fees.
The Management appreciates the understanding, cooperation, and continued support of members of the Bar and the general public as the Court transitions to its new, modern judicial facility.
