AI at Meta, Facebook
I am raising a formal objection to the draconian and unlawful suspension of my account, Rosetina Rahamin Pearls.
For 48 hours, my professional voice was silenced, my earnings were truncated, and my reputation—built with 5,200+ dedicated followers—was unfairly tainted by a baseless accusation of ‘fraud and deception’.
I am a verified Legal Practitioner and an International Eminent Peace Ambassador. I subjected myself to your biometric and passport verification protocols immediately. Your team's subsequent apology, confirming that my account ‘does follow our Community Standards’, is an admission that this sanction was imposed without a just cause.
To the Meta Legal Team: under what jurisdiction is it acceptable to impose a ‘guilty’ verdict before a trial? Your automated ‘precautionary’ measures disrupted a commercial contract with a monetised creator, causing both economic loss and emotional trauma.
A platform that demands the trust of its creators must also respect the due process of its professionals. An apology does not restore 48 hours of stalled progress or the destabilised mental health caused by this digital trespass.
We are business partners, not just users. It is time for Meta to move away from these draconian, bot-led investigations and toward an accountable system of human review.
Redress is not a request; it is a requirement for continued trust.
I am considering my legal options for redress. If my anger is not waned, I will sue Meta very decisively.
