SUBJECT: CELEBRATION OF THE BRANCH’S 10TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY.
Dear Learned Silks, Elders, Leaders, and Distinguished Colleagues,
It is my pleasure to congratulate every one of us as Members of this great, dynamic Branch for clocking ten (10) years as a Branch.
You will recall that our Branch was created out of the Warri Branch of the NBA sometime in February 2016, at the Jos National Executive Council (NEC) Meeting of the NBA.
May I further share with you that the Anniversary theme is:
"Celebrating a Decade of Dynamic Growth and Development: The Journey So Far; A Look Into the Future."
The Keynote Address will be delivered by a Justice of the Court of Appeal, Hon. Justice Olukayode A. Adeniyi, JCA, while the Guest Lecturer is our own Prof. Joseph Abugu, SAN. The discussants are some of the finest in the House.
My dearest Colleagues, this epoch-making event is loaded with many activities, including awards, a Gala Night, and, notably, a football competition between the Female Revenue Court Judges, Magistrates, and Area Customary Court Chairmen against our Female Members.
This 10th Year Anniversary promises to be memorable, intellectually impactful, enriching, and full of fun.
Please plan to attend, as the event is scheduled to hold from Friday, 20th February 2026 to Sunday, 22nd February 2026.
