Dear Distinguished Colleagues,

Further to our earlier communication on the Corporate Affairs Commission’s (CAC) update regarding the Intelligent Company Registration Portal (ICRP), the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) wishes to notify members of a correction to the contact details earlier provided.

Following our engagement with the Commission, it has been confirmed that the correct email address for the dedicated emergency helpdesk is: stakeholdercomplaints@cac.gov.ng

We are pleased to report that the NBA’s interaction with the CAC has helped clarify this error, ensuring that members now have the accurate channel for lodging urgent complaints or challenges encountered on the new portal.

All other information contained in the earlier statement remains valid. The NBA appreciates the cooperation of the Registrar-General and his team, and assures members of our continued commitment to constructive engagement with the CAC towards achieving a more efficient and user-friendly system.
