Nigerian Bar Association,
Benin Branch,
13th September, 2024.
Dear Esteemed Seniors and Colleagues,
NBA-BENIN SHINES NATIONALLY; CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR APPOINTEES TO COMMITTEES AT THE NATIONAL.
I trust this message finds you well and winning in your various legal battles!
It is with immense pride and no small amount of excitement that the people's Chairman, Idemudia Iredia Osifo, Esq., writes to officially congratulate one of our very own, Razak Isenalumhe, Esq., on his recent appointment as Chairman of the National Litigation Committee, Western Zone.
'I can already hear the Western Zone gearing up for some serious litigation strategy, knowing our man is at the helm.'
But that’s not all – we are equally thrilled to celebrate Andrew Lawani, Esq., a past Secretary of the Branch for his appointment as a member of the Litigation Committee, Western Zone; with his sharp mind and litigation prowess, I daresay that the Committee will live up to its responsibilities, even as we have our own Edwin Ibiomgbo, Esq. on the committee with his poise, wit and dexterity.
Without further ado, we equally congratulate our duo of shining stars Oghahenhen Edamwen, Esq., our immediate past Secretary; apparently, the reward for good work is truly more work, and our own simple and savvy Osato Uwagboe, Esq., who have also been appointed as members of the 2025 Annual General Conference Planning Committee (AGCPC). I have no doubt that the 2025 edition will be nothing short of a legal spectacle!
As a Branch, we are supremely confident that with all of you at the forefront, the Western Zone and the 2025 AGCPC are in for an era of excellence and innovation. You are not just representatives of your committees; you carry the collective strength and pride of the Benin Branch with you. We are sure that your contributions will not only elevate the committees but also make us incredibly proud.
The people's Chairman, Idemudia Iredia Osifo, Esq., on behalf of the Branch, further expresses his appreciation to the President of the NBA, Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, for considering our selected members for the appointments and assures that they would not let the Bar down.
To the appointees, keep making us look good and no pressure, we’re all counting on you!
Yours sincerely,
Joshua O. Braimoh, Esq.
Publicity Secretary,
NBA Benin Branch.
